I love rodents, mostly because the tend to have very sweet faces. I understand that most people consider them vermin. Rats, mice and their furry nibbly brethren have for centuries brought us the Plague and other things like crop destruction (subsequent famine), Hanta Virus and some other unpleasantness. However, nothing is cuter than a helpless baby grey squirrel or maybe a handful of tiny hamsters.
